I thought the words would come easily
But the silence, while not easy, is at least palpable
And so there is some meaning there
Whether or not we acknowledge it

3rd eye rising
pursuing the modern
in a sole purpose
tending to work
numbing the pain
focus on the margins
staying between the lines
the seams... the seeming
see lines sea lions
back in red (‘dressed in red, she lyin’ )
before being told
pete and repeat sitting on a fence
smiling - inside joke
wiping brow
clearing path to keys
seeing, sawing the woulds
visions of discernment.
allowing to come?
interesting. invoke it
ask...knock...seek...
remember always a yes.
phonetically unlocking what you want
and you’re welcome
grinning for the delayed realizations
coming indeed when allowed
returning to recent words
re-sent rhymes
first time through
and already familiar
pausing to dream in mid-fall
how does that go
write around transition
with someone missing
stuck in certain chakras
whatever you were in then
now seeing what is
and what is yet to come
it’s the time of the third eye
with interesting choices
and we need it to see
what we believe
in ourselves
exists the world
our rules and our universe
god
fulfilling imagination and trusting intuition
with discernment and wisdom
asking, knocking, seeking...
remembering, always… yes.
